Study & Tour Course
Aim
You can learn Japanese language while you are staying in Kyoto, known as a student city and city of sightseeing.
Outline of the Course
In the morning, you will be taking Japanese langauage classes.
In the afternoon, you will be visiting many sightseeing spots in Kyoto.
In the course, you can also experience tea ceremony, sushi-making or Japanese
sweets making or so on.
- feels that ordinary sightseeing isn't enough
- is interested in Japanese language/culture.
- is thinking of coming to Japan for a longer term, but want to experience life in Japan before that.
Term
- June 21, 2018 ~July 19, 2018
- July 23, 2018 ~ August 3, 2018 （For the detail of price of this 5 weeks program, please contact us.)
- ※For two weeks program, minimum number of particiants is 4 people.
Time
- Japanese language class： 9:15 - 12:45
- Afternoon activity： 13:30 - around 18:00 (depends on where you visit on that day)
Content of the course
- Japanese language class： You can choose a suitable class based on your Japanese level.
- Afternoon activity： Half day trip around Kyoto, cultural programs such as tea ceremony, sushi making...etc.
Participation fee
JPY 80,000 （For only 2 weeks program）
Eligibility for participation
Anyone over the age of 15 can participate.
Application procedure
Closing date for application is 1 month before the first day of each course.

- Sightseeing around Kyoto city
You will visit temples and shrines with our school staff. - Experience of Japanese culture
Sado (tea ceremony), Shodo (Japanese calligraphy), and Sushi making class will be held during the course. - Experience martial art (Kendo)
- Home stay
We recommends you a host family in Kyoto.
You can experience and learn not only Japanese language but also Japanese culture and life style as a member of Japanese family.
